Hjelp oss med å bygge et tilgjengelig arkiv for skeivtkultur og historie i Oslo
Help us build an accessible archive for queer culture and history in Oslo
SKOKS is establishing a Living Archive: an accessible, inclusive and dynamic resource that enriches the cultural landscape in Norway. There is currently no such accessible resource currently in Oslo that reflects the lived experiences of queer people here.

What will the archive contain?
Oral histories, texts, artworks, media; we will archive tangible and intangible artefacts.
What will the archive be used for?
The Living Archive will be open and accessible – we want queer culture and history to be known, interacted with, understood and celebrated. As it grows, the archive will be a valuable resource for artistic exhibitions, schools, researchers, and you.
How can I contribute?
There are so many ways! We will make ourselves available at a number of upcoming events and build the archive thematically. However, we welcome your stories and will be so pleased to book an interview, or accept donated artworks, or simply hear from you about what you wish the archive to be for you. We would also love any volunteers to help with resource collection, digitisation, and the like.
You choose what you wish to share, how you wish to share it, and how you wish it to be used.
